Some Fun for Blake
We have been trying to make the adjustment of a new family member as easy as possible for Blake. He is still really good with Pacey. It is with Mommy and Daddy that he has been more clingy and whiny with. Hopefully this is just a little phase and things will be back to normal soon...
We have been trying to do extra things with him so he knows how important and special he still is to us. The other day when we were in town for a doctor's appointment we took him to the park. It was a beautiful sunny day and finally all the snow had melted at the park. He had so much fun running around.

He went down the slide probably 15 times!
Pacey's first time at the park!
To thank the Doctor's and Nurses that looked after me during my pregnancy and who brought Pacey into the world, Blake and I made some banana bread to take to them. The Nurses on the Maternity ward also got a Tim Horton's coffee card for their middle of the night runs.

Blake loves to help me bake
He insisted that we add chocolate chips to the loaves
Today Blake, Pacey and I met Leslie and Payton at Strong Start. This was my first outing with both kiddies without Wade and it went pretty well.

Naomi is the teacher at the Mountview Strong Start and Blake just loves her. She is so great.

Payton and Blake playing "doctor." He's giving her some medicine.
In the years to come we may not feel so comfortable letting these two play "doctor"....
We have had a busy but good last couple of weeks. Can't believe that Pacey is already almost 2 weeks old. Wade has been sick this week so I have gotten a taste of what it will be like being home with two kiddies.
