Can't believe I forgot to share this big news!

We have sold our trailer!
A couple weeks ago we put an ad for our trailer in the local paper. And in a couple days we had a bunch of phone calls. The first couple to come out and see it offered us what we are asking and papers were drawn up right away! And they don't want it until the mid to end of April which is perfect for us because we can live in it until then!
And then the busy Spring/Summer will begin! We will be starting to build our new home....and welcoming a baby - busy busy!
